Brochage
Brochage MOSFET canal N (TO-220, p. ex. IRLZ44N)
Broches
- 1 Gate (left, facing the label)
- 2 Drain (middle — also the tab)
- 3 Source (right)
- Logic-level parts (IRLZ44N) switch fully at 5V gate drive; IRF520 does not
- Load sits between supply and Drain; Source to GND; 10k gate pulldown keeps it off at boot
Caractéristiques
| Example part | IRLZ44N (logic-level) |
|---|---|
| Drain–source voltage | 55 V max |
| Drain current | 47 A max at 25 °C case (limited by heat in practice) |
| On-resistance | 22 mΩ at VGS 10 V, 25 mΩ at 5 V, 35 mΩ at 4 V (max) |
| Gate threshold | 1–2 V |
| Gate–source voltage | ±16 V max |
| Total gate charge | 48 nC max |
| Thermal resistance (no heatsink) | 62 °C/W junction to air |
| Compare: IRF520 | 100 V, 9.2 A, 0.27 Ω at 10 V gate, threshold 2–4 V — not logic-level |
| Boîtier | TO-220 |
