- VCC (3.3V — many red modules also accept 5V through an onboard regulator, logic stays 3.3V)
- GND
- CS (SPI chip select)
- RESET
- DC/RS (data / command select)
- SDI/MOSI, SCK, SDO/MISO (SPI, up to ~40MHz)
- LED (backlight — via ~100Ω to 3.3V or PWM)
- T_CLK, T_CS, T_DIN, T_DO, T_IRQ — the touch panel's own SPI device (XPT2046): share SCK/MOSI/MISO with the display if you like, but it needs its own CS
- J4 on the far edge (SD_CS, SD_MOSI, SD_MISO, SD_SCK) serves the microSD socket on the back
- 240×320 pixels, 18-bit colour
